The seashells and very subtle blue plaid in this free 5" x 7" "Blue Seas" beach wedding or commitment ceremony invitation template reminds me of Newport (either the one in California or on the East Coast; take your pick), because they're beachy and sophisticated but not too formal. Think Vera Wang gown worn with bare feet. :-)
The design is actually pretty versatile. It can be used vertically or horizontally, and be cropped for use as response and thank you cards, place cards and even cupcake toppers if you have a circle cutter. It can also be used for occasions other than getting hitched, such as for an anniversary, retirement or engagement party, or high tea on the beach.
