This free printable 4th of July invitation template is a little bit country; not so much rock and roll. Its denim background and gold-and-blue-studded stars combine with the red bandana and cross-stitched font to create a design that will make it fun to invite your friends to your Independence Day party!

Thanks to KingsThingsFonts.co.uk for the cross-stitch font, to Gunhilde Storeide for the red stitching, Statchoo.com for the studded stars, MrsMessy.com for the bandana overlay and LePetit Scrap from YoYoScrap.Blogspot.com for the lovely denim background.

This free 4th of July invitation will definitely inform your potential party guests of your patriotism! The stylized blue star with a red stripe tail form a kind-of marriage between the American flag and fireworks. The image is certainly cheerful and I'm sure it will give your guests a preview of the party festivities to come. If you prefer a less patriotic and more generic summer invitation for your July 4th party, click the link in this sentence.

This July 4th invitation is configured to fit A7 or A4 size envelopes, but you can make it any size you want if you'll be handing the invitations out in person or e-mailing them. To e-mail, just print out one copy, fill in the party information, scan the copy with the writing on it and paste the image into an e-mail. Make the dpi between 72-100 when you scan it, so the e-mail won't be too large to send.

There are four other designs in this collection (two horizontal, two vertical), which you can see and download at my 4th of July invitations hub or by clicking the yellow button below. Please help yourself! And while you're at it, check out my 4th of July clip art and American flag clip art hubs.
