Free Printable Holiday Party Invitations

Click on the free printable party invitation to see it at preview size and then again to see it full size and download it.

This free printable holiday party invitation may be just the thing you need to invite your friends and family to holiday brunches, Christmas parties and even New Years Eve bashes. The invitation design  features the classic holiday colors of deep green and rich red, holly and just a little mistletoe unobtrusively mixed in for a reminder of those impending holiday kisses! The invitation text is generic and refined enough to fit virtually any holiday occasion, so I hope you'll be able to find uses for it, year after year.

This holiday invitation comes from a collection of five free printable Christmas invitations I designed using Picnik, the free web-based graphic design software anyone can use. If you click the link in the preceding sentence, you'll find instructions for using this invitation art, as well as links to a selection of square envelopes that will fit this design perfectly. And if you're looking for an invitation specifically geared toward New Years Eve, check out this New Years Eve party invitation that features bright colors and a celebratory theme.
I hope you'll find use for this printable holiday party invitation artwork. And don't forget to check out the other free invitations in the sidebar!

Free Blue Scroll Work Party Invitation

Click on the free printable party invitation to see it full size and download it.

This free printable invitation art features a lovely blue scroll work design in a square format with a border and text in soft blue. Its universally appealing design and color scheme makes it useful for both men and women, and for a variety of occasions, including birthdays, christenings, graduations or even holidays.

If you prefer other color schemes, I also created silver and black/white versions in the same scroll work design. These can be found on my printable party invitations hub. As with all my artwork, you can download them free! You'll also find instructions for creating the invitations, along with links to buy square envelopes from Amazon.

I hope you'll find this blue scroll work printable party invitation design useful. Don't forget to check out the other freebies in the sidebar!

Welcome to the Printable Party Invitations Blog!

I started this blog because I recently got the inspiration to design free printable party invitations. I've been distributing free clip art, vintage art and digital scrapbooking supplies for a while now, so the next logical step was to branch out into another area of printables. I love to throw parties and I've made my own invitations for years. I've even designed some for a few of my high school reunions. But it was only a few months ago that I started designing them for distribution on the Internet.

I get a lot of satisfaction out of designing invitations -- for several reasons. First, I love to design and this gives me a chance to do it. Also, I have to admit that I'm quite a nosy person. So I love to think about how people might use my invitations. I think about how a mother might use one of the birthday party invitations for a child's party, or how a womens group might use one of the tea party invitation designs. It gives me a chance to be a digital voyeur, but in a good and completely imaginary way.

Although I'll post plenty of printable invitations on this site, you'll find links to all my free invitations in the sidebar. There are also links to free matching clip art, when applicable, as well as to other party printables, such as table place cards and decorations. I hope you'll find all of these free resources useful!

If you'd like to know when I post more free printable invitations or other art, please follow me on Twitter. You can sign up by clicking the link in the sidebar. You might also find my Free Clip Art Sourcebook beneficial, because it contains links to literally thousands of completely free clip art and scrapbook images.
